Returns & Exchanges

At Argos, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your fashion items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Argos account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
